In High Season your holiday villa in Portugal rental prices are as follows:

1-4 people = £600 per week
5 people = £720 per week
6 people = £840 per week
7 people = £915 per week
8 people = £990 per week
9 people = £1,065 per week
10 people = £1,140 per week

Prices quoted per week are for rental of property only on a self catering basis.

If you would like to enjoy a special evening we can provide a catered and served meal

We can provide a personal tour of the surrounding area

We can also provide a personal laundry service (there is no ironing service but there an iron and table top ironing board are provided for client use)

Being situated in the mountains, during the winter months we provide one cubic metre of fuel for the wood burner in the lounge and the upper level fireplace. Additional wood can be purchased.

We can also provide central heating during the winter months at extra cost.

Terms are:
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the price is payable upon confirmation of booking when an invoice/receipt will be issued

The remainder is payable 28 days before the start of the holiday and a final receipt will be issued

Pounds sterling payments are preferred by bank transfer.
